Piquè is the antique (and lost !) art of inlay small gold points in the tortoiseshell and ivory. This art started in Naples in the 18th century.We are presenting an antique pair of drop earrings in ivory and 14K Gold full of small gold ponts inlaid in the ivory. Some are also two colours gold. The elegant drops have a charming shape and are very wearable and light. On the back there is a delicate engraving of ivy leaves and branches. From Naples beginning of the 20th century. 14K Gold (touchstone tested). They are in perfect condition.
