An impressive pair of 14K Gold drop earrings that were made circa 1860. They each have two fancy cut amethyst with a fancy cut citrine in between. The stones compliment each other and articulate beautifully when worn. Please look carefully at the detailed gold filigree work that surrounds the stones. These earrings are so dramatic ! Probably from Venice. Circa 1860. An old hallmark is on the hooks. 14K Gold ( touchstone tested ). In perfect condition.
